[There's a sequence of crackling, and then silence.]

[It doesn't matter how many times he calls back or shakes the device, their communication is cut. Normally he'd mess with it to see if he could reconnect or pinpoint Dick's location, but the consequences of doing so aren't worth it. He's going to have to do this the old fashioned way.
He puts the communicator away and leaps back into the rain, intending to tear Haven apart to find Dick.]
